Drive sought against poultry-feed factories

Bangladesh Poultry Industries Coordination Committee (BPICC) on Saturday sought an all-out drive against the use of toxic tannery wastes in the poultry-feed factories in Hazaribagh and Gabtoli areas of the capital. Speaking at the meeting, BPICC convener Moshiur Rahman said, “The government should consider a special drive to uproot the toxic factories producing feed,” according to a news agency.
