Drug trader detained with 2,000 Yaba tablets

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug-trader with 2,000 Yaba tablets from Ranibazar area under Boalia Police Station in Rajshahi city early Friday morning.
The arrested identified is Rakibul Islam, 38, of the same area.
RAB sources said acting on a tip-off, a team raided the area at around 5.30 am and arrested the person with the pills.
A case was recorded with Boalia Police Station in this connection and the seized goods and arrested person were handed over to the police.
