DSCC cleaner stabbed

Muggers have snatched Tk 7,000 from a cleaner of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) after stabbing him in Basabo area of the capital, reports UNB.
The victim, Waddadi Shivai, a resident of Basabo, was attacked while returning home around 3:30 am on Tuesday.
According to his family members, a group of muggers intercepted him and demanded money. When Shivai resisted, they stabbed him in the hand with a sharp weapon before fleeing with the cash.
