The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has congratulated President-elect Barack Obama for his historic victory as the 44th President of the United States of America in the presidential elections-2008, said a DSE press release Thursday.
In a message to the US ambassador, DSE President Abdul Haque has also congratulated the US citizens for their support to initiate the "Change" promised by President-elect Barack Obama.
