DSE ex-chairman dies

Aminul Islam Khan, former chairman of Dhaka Stock Exchange (1991-1993) died of old-age ailment Monday in Singapore. He was 80.
Aminul in his long corporate career was the managing director of National Investment and Finance Company Ltd before he expired.
He was the first managing director of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) during the period of 1976 to 1981. Later he served the Bangladesh Shilpa Bank as its managing director till 1982.
DSE president Abdullah Bokhari and chief executive officer Salahuddin Ahmed Khan condoled the death of Aminul and prayed for the salvation of his departed soul.
The deceased left behind wife, two sons, two daughters and lot of relatives.
