Reschedule of board meeting
Prime Finance & Investment Limited: Prime Finance & Investment Limited has further informed that the board meeting of the company will now be held on March 27, 2018 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2017.
