Pubali Bank Limited: A board meeting of the company will now be held on May 30 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter (Q1) period ended on March 31, 2018.

GlaxoSmithKline(GSK) Bangladesh Ltd.: The company has remitted cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017 to the respective shareholders' bank account through BEFTN system.

Bank Asia Ltd.: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2017 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on May 23, 2018. The sale proceeds of the fractional bonus shares will be distributed among the eligible shareholders in due course.
