DU Chromosome Research Centre to be inaugurated Monday

Chromosome Research Centre of Dhaka University (DU) will be inaugurated on Monday. Vice chancellor AAMS Arefein Siddique will inaugurate the centre as the chief guest at 10:30am in the auditorium of Botany Department on the DU campus. Pro-vice chancellor (administration) of the university Prof Dr Sahid Aktar Husain and dean of the Faculty of Biology Dr Md Imdadul Haque will attend the function as the special guests, Director of the newly-established Chromosome Research Centre Prof Dr Sheikh Shamimul Alam said on Saturday, according to a news agency.
