The probe body once again identified some 65 'fake' students at three departments of Dhaka University (DU) Saturday bringing the total to 273 since inception of the drive against admission forgery at the institution.
Of them, 54 are from the Department of Public Administration, eight from Applied Physics and three from Applied Chemistry.
The disclosure was made at an interim meeting of the nine-member fact-finding committee, headed by DU Pro-VC AFM Yusuf Haider.
He said, the newly identified 65 fake students would be issued show-cause notices within a day or two regarding the matter. Their studentships will be ruled out if they fail to produce their original admission documents within the stipulated deadline, he added.
