DU launches official Facebook page

An official Facebook page of Dhaka University (DU) titled www.facebook.com//univdhaka.ac.bd was launched on Thursday. DU Vice-Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the Facebook page at a simple ceremony at the Vice-Chancellor's office. DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof Shahid Akhtar Hossain, Treasurer Prof Md Kamal Uddin and Prof Mofizur Rahman of the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism were present on the occasion, according to a DU press release.
