DU officers assoc executives

Syed Ali Akbar and Md Ramiz Uddin have been elected president and general secretary of Dhaka University (DU) Officers Association respectively. They were elected at a general meeting of the association at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of the university recently, says a press release.
The other office-bearers are: vice-presidents-Md Abdul Hamid and AKM Afzalul Haque, treasurer-Md Nazim Uddin Miah, joint secretary-Md Saiful Islam, social welfare and cultural secretary-Mirza Shamsul Alam, organising secretary-Md Muslim Miah, publicity and publication secretary-Md Monir Hossain, office secretary-Md Delwar Hossain and woman affairs secretary-Dr Hafeza Jaman.
