DU signs MoU with University of Burdwan

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Dhaka University (DU) and University of Burdwan, India. DU Treasurer Prof Dr M Kamal Uddin and Pro-Vice Chancellor of University of Burdwan, Dr Shorosimohan Das inked the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at a ceremony at the DU Vice-Chancellor’s office on Wednesday afternoon. The deal aims at promoting education, culture and research. Vice-Chancellor of DU Professor Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique, Professor of the Department of the History Mesbah Kamal and Acting Registrar Syed Rezaur Rahman were present, said a DU press release.
