DUET teacher among two killed in Gazipur road crash

GAZIPUR, Feb 20 (Agencies): Two people including a teacher of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), were killed when a bus hit a motorbike at Cherag Ali Market in Tongi of Gazipur district on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Ram Chandra Saha, 42, a teacher of the Architecture Department of DUET. Another person is Didar Hossain, a Pathao driver, hailed from Araihazar upazila in Narayanganj district.
The accident occurred 11:30 am when the Dhaka-bound bus rammed the motorbike carrying two people, leaving them injured, said Mustafizur Rahman, OC of Tongi Police Station.
