Dulamia Cotton Spinning Mills declares 5pc dividend

Dulamia Cotton Spinning Mills Limited has declared 5.0 per cent dividend for the year 2006-07. The dividend was approved at the 20th annual general meeting of the company held on the factory premises at Dagonbhuiyan, Feni recently.
Managing Director of the company Abdur Rab presided over the meeting. Directors of the company Mahbub Anam, Md Mozibur Rahman, Md Khorshid Alam, Md Moshiur Rahman, Md Nuruzzaman, Company Secretary Col MM Jahangir, psc (retd) and a good number of shareholders attended the meeting.
The meeting adopted the accounts for the year 2006-07 and directors' report together with the auditors' report. The meeting also appointed auditors for the year 2007-08.
