e-CAB starts its journey

A new platform named e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB) started its formal journey in the country on Saturday with an aim to help flourish the sector by overcoming all obstacles. Earlier, the platform was formed to ensure the development of the e-Commerce sector. e-CAB has a plan to bring together all the organisations involved in Bangladeshi e-Commerce industry and work towards removing the obstacles and ensure growth. e-CAB President Rajib Ahmed said they want to each that people even in village can buy and sell products online. ‘We want to see that people in villages also are in touch of e-commerce.’ He elaborated the visions, objectives and activities of e-CAB and other aspects. Rajib said, ‘All of us have a common dream, a beautiful dream which brought us together and inspired us to establish e-CAB. We want to build a Bangladesh where rural people will be able to buy products and services online,’ according to a news agency.
