Early rising and its immense benefits

Most of the city-dwellers wake up late and miss the most beautiful part of the day. Often we stay awake well after midnight watching television or surfing the internet and go to bed so late that we cannot get up early. Getting up early is a healthy habit in itself apart from allowing us enough time to do a lot of things including physical workouts. Early rising is therefore a useful habit in more senses than one and we can encourage our young generation to do the same and enjoy the blessings of a good health.
If we get up early we can finish many personal and family jobs and start the day with relative comfort. Researchers have found that early risers have an edge over the people who wake up late. Early rising offers us immense mental and physical benefits. The most rewarding thing about early rising is that we are able to enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful time of the day and feel that the day is longer for me than the late risers. In the rural areas, we see people getting up early and go out on their daily jobs. Let fresh morning breeze invigorate us everyday and give us a longer and happier life.
