Eastern Bank discloses Q1 accounts

As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter that ended on March 31, 2011 (Jan'11 to March'11), Eastern Bank Limited has stated consolidated profit after tax and non controlling interest of Tk 487.03 million with consolidated EPS of Tk 1.08 as against Tk 445.64 million and Tk 0.98 respectively for the same period of the previous year. Whereas, profit after tax was Tk 475.37 million with EPS of Tk 1.05 for the 1st quarter ended on March 31, 2011 (Jan'11 to March'11) as against Tk 440.92 million and Tk 0.97 respectively for the same period of the previous year, according to DSE website.
