Eastern Ins to hold EGM

The board of directors of Eastern Insurance has decided to hold an EGM on November 27, 2011 at 11:00am at Muktijoddha Smriti Milonayaton (1st floor), Institute of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, 160 Kakrail VIP Road, Dhaka to consider the change in denomination of shares from Tk 100.00 to Tk 10.00 each and market lot from 20 to 250 shares as well as to amend the relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company. The record date for EGM is November 3, 2011.
