Eastern University holds orientation ceremony

An orientation ceremony for summer semester-2007 of Eastern University (EU) was held at its auditorium in the city recently.
The programme was held in two sessions: one at 10:00 am and another at 3:00 pm.
Eastern University (EU) Vice-Chancellor Rahim B Talukdar presided over both the sessions.
Eastern University International Adviser Harry Shutt was present as the chief guest at the first session while member of the board of governors of EU Foundation Iqbalur Rahman was the special guest.
Member of the board of governors of EU Foundation SM Emdadul Islam was present as the chief guest at the second session.
The first session was organised for fresh students of faculty of Engineering and Technology, faculty of Arts and faculty of Law.
The second session was organised for the fresh students of faculty of Business Administration.
