Eastland Ins renamed 'Eastland Insurance PLC'

The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC) and the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA) have approved the change of Eastland Insurance Company's registered name from 'Eastland Insurance Company Limited' to 'Eastland Insurance PLC' with immediate effect, says a press release.
