EBL launched Smart Interactive Voice Response service

Ali Reza Iftekhar, managing director and CEO of Eastern Bank (EBL) launched the Smart Interactive Voice Response (Smart IVR) service at ZN Tower in the city's Gulshan area on Wednesday. Smart IVR is a platform that will enable customers to avail of a wide range of banking services through their smart phones without visiting EBL branches and without
the help of any customer service
representatives.
