Eastern Bank (EBL) marked World Environment Day 2026 by organising an interactive session titled "Leaders Driving Sustainable Change" at its head office in Dhaka. EBL Managing Director Hassan O. Rashid; SOS Children's Villages Bangladesh National Director Dr. Md. Enamul Haque; icddr,b Head of Development Armana Ahmed; icddr,b Biosafety Office Head of Biosafety Dr. Asadulghani; and Shanta Holdings Chief Sales Officer Shihab Ahmed along with senior management from EBL and development partners were present.
