EBL opens new branch in city

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) opened its 33rd branch at Moghbazar in the city recently, said a press release.
EBL Chairman Mir Nasir Hossain inaugurated the branch of the bank at a simple ceremony.
Also present at the inaugural ceremony were Managing Director and chief executive officer (CEO) Ali Reza Iftekhar, Deputy Managing Director Mamoon Mahmood Shah, head of administration Abdus Salam, Consumer Banking Area head Saad Ullah and head of marketing Nazeem A Choudhury along with its senior officials and local dignitaries.
The new branch will offer ATM service, online banking, SME banking and other modern services to the customers from the very beginning.
