EBL signs MoU with student counseling agencies

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading student counseling agencies in the city recently.
Under the MoU, students going abroad for higher study through the agencies will enjoy better & faster banking services including opening of student files, foreign DD/TT, education loan etc.
Mamoon Mahmood Shah, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Consumer Banking, EBL signed the MoU with the heads of the 45 student counseling agencies.
Nazeem Anwar Choudhury, Head of Cards, Mohammed Hossain, Manager, Student Banking, Ms. Sharmin Ahmed, Manager, Banani Branch, Mr. Adel Islam, Manager, Dhanmondi Branch and other high officials of the bank were present on the occasion.
EBL is the leader in student banking, has been maintaining the services since 2006 with five dedicated student centres at Dhaka, Chittagong & Sylhet to ensure dedicated services to the students going abroad for higher study.
