EBL supports Red Crescent Society to strengthen child health centres

Eastern Bank will support the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) in strengthening selected mother and child health (MCH) centres. Maj. Md. Abdus Salam, psc (Retd), head of administration of EBL, handed over a cheque to Dr. Kabir M. Ashraf Alam, ndc, secretary general of BDRCS, at a ceremony held at the bank’s head office in Dhaka. Areefa Mehera Sinha, director of International Relations, Communications, and Fundraising, and Dr. Shahana Zafor, director of the BDRCS Blood Programme, were present, among others.
