Ecnec approves 3 projects

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) on Tuesday approved three new development projects involving TK 5.04 billion, including one to address water logging in the port city of Chittagong spending over TK 2.89 billion. The approval came from an Ecnec meeting held at the NEC conference room in city's Sher-e-Bangla Nagar with Ecnec Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair. Briefing reporters after the meeting, Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said three development projects involving TK 5.04 billion were approved Tuesday, according to a news agency.
