ECNEC approves three development projects

The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) Tuesday approved three development projects involving about Tk 2.91 billion. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is also the ECNEC chairperson, presided over the meeting at the NEC conference room and approved the projects. The projects are strengthening Bangladesh Prisons department through procurement of modern equipment, transport and construction of related structure project under Home Ministry, and diesel generator collection project for water pumps in Dhaka city under Local Government division.
