Ecnec okays 6 projects worth Tk 20.07b

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) Tuesday approved six development schemes involving over Tk 20.07 billion including over Tk 8.28 billion ‘Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Investment Programme (Tranche – I)’.
The approval came from the Ecnec meeting held at the NEC conference room in city’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar with its chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
Of the six projects approved, four are new while the two others are revised ones, according to a news agency.
