Ecnec OKs 3 projects involving Tk 2.76b

The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Ecnec) on Tuesday approved three development projects involving Tk 2.76 billion (Tk 270.61 crore), including one to formulate and conserve land survey and records through digital method with an outlay of Tk 920.78 million. The approval came from an Ecnec meeting held at the NEC conference room at city’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar with Ecnec Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair. Briefing reporters after the meeting, Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said all the three development projects will be implemented with funds from the national exchequer. State Minister for Finance and Planning MA Mannan was present at the briefing, according to a news agency.
