Edison Group launches 'Helio 55' smartphone

Edison Group has introduced the Helio 55, a new flagship smartphone priced at Tk 14,999.
Aimed at providing premium features at an affordable price, the Helio 55 offers a solid performance, sleek design, and useful specifications, says a press statement.
The Helio 55 is powered by a 2.0 GHz Octa-Core G92 processor, ensuring smooth performance for gaming, multitasking, and streaming. It runs on Android 15, offering a user-friendly and secure experience.
The device features 16GB of RAM (8GB physical + 8GB expandable) and 128GB of internal storage, allowing for fast app launches and plenty of space for media and files.
With a 6.78-inch FHD+ punch-hole display (1080 × 2460) and a 120Hz refresh rate, the Helio 55 offers clear visuals and smooth scrolling.
The camera system includes a 32MP front camera for selfies and a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP macro lens for high-quality photography, whether capturing landscapes or close-up details.
The Helio 55 is equipped with a 6000mAh battery, offering extended usage, and supports 18W fast charging for quicker power-ups.
The Helio 55 comes in three colours: graphite black, metallic silver, and silk green.
