Edn UK Exhibition begins

The annual Education UK Exhibition began at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel Thursday to enable Bangladeshi students and their guardians, teachers and training managers directly talk to representatives of the UK educational institutions.
Prime Minister's Education Affairs Adviser Alauddin Ahmed inaugurated the exhibition as the chief guest in the morning, while British High Commissioner in Dhaka Stephen Evans was the special guest.
British Council is organising the exhibition for the 12th time. At least 37 UK educational institutions have set up stalls at the exhibition to approach students willing to pursue higher studies in the UK.
The exhibition will remain open for all from 11 am to 8 pm today (Friday) with an entry fee of Tk 50 each. A daylong exhibition will also be held at Hotel Peninsula in Chittagong on March 7.
