He made this comment at a press conference in the city Thursday on the occasion of celebration of two decades of PKSF and development fair- 2010.
The fair will be held from November 6 to November 9 in the city.

Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, chairman of PKSF, will presided over the opening ceremony of the fair.
The fair will also facilitate holding of discussions on regional water problem, climate change, social security and malnutrition of women and children, and organise cultural programme.
"We have passed 20 successful years and achieved our target by changing financial condition of the poor people", Kholiquzzaman said.
He said credit is not a major element for alleviating poverty and still there are several other tools to change the life style of the deprived people.
"We will give not only credit through the PKSF but also offer various other services to the people, especially the rural women and children," he said.
The PKSF that began its operation with distribution of credit worth Tk 3 million at low interest rate through 23 NGOs disbursed Tk 20 billion last year with the help of 229 organisations.
