Egg trader stabbed to death in city

An egg trader was stabbed to death by muggers at Chowdhury Para in the city's Malibagh area Sunday morning. The dead was identified as Jahangir Alam (38). Police said muggers, numbering about 6 to 7, waylaid Jahangir in front of Abul Hotel and stabbed him indiscriminately leaving him critically injured.
