EGM of Mercantile Bank held

FE ReportThe "7th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM)" of Mercantile Bank Limited was held in the city Monday. Chairman of the bank Md. Abdul Jalil, MP, presided over the meeting. In presence of the shareholders, it was resolved that the face value of shares of the Bank will be converted into Tk.10.00 per share. In the EGM Mohd. Selim- Vice Chairman, Mr. M. S.
