EGM of United Airways held in Dhaka

The 12th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of United Airways (BD) Ltd was held on Thursday in Dhaka city. The meeting was chaired by Capt Tasbirul Ahmed Choudhury, founder Chairman and Managing Director of United Airways (BD) Ltd. Other directors also attended the meeting. A large number of shareholders were present at the meeting and took part in deliberations. The shareholders discussed at length various aspects to increase the authorised capital, raise the paid up capital as well as the activities of United Airways and future plans of the company. The shareholders were fully satisfied at the adequate disclosure and transparency made on activities of United Airways (BD) Ltd, according to a press release.
