EHL recommends 15pc cash, 5pc stock dividends

The board of directors of Eastern Housing Ltd (EHL) has recommended 15 per cent cash dividend and 5 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on July 31, 2014. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on October 30 at Officers Club in the city while the record date is October 2, according to the DSE website, according to a news agency.
