Eight on remand in Khulna

KHULNA, Feb 20 (UNB): A court here on Tuesday placed eight people, including four SSC examinees, on a three-day remand each for their alleged involvement in the leakage of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) question papers.
Khulna Metropolitan Children's Court Judge Dilruba Sultana passed the order after they were produced before it with a seven-day remand prayer under the Public Examinations (Offences) Act.
Meanwhile, a mobile court here on Monday sentenced two teenage boys to two years' imprisonment for their alleged involvement in the leakage of question papers of this year's SSC in Chandina Upazila.
