Eight winners of 'Ek Chumukei Pepsi Star' found

Eight mega prize winners of 'Ek Chumukei Pepsi Star' were finally discovered after a month-long wait with more than 100,000 participants across the country.
The final event was held at the Spectra Convention Centre in the city recently.
Pepsi Foods Limited Country Manager Tejinder Khurana, Transcom Beverages Executive Director Golam Quddus Chowdhury and General Manager Khurshid Irfan Chowdhury, Asiatic MCL General Manager Ferdous Hasan Neville, Asiatic Events Marketing Limited Executive Director Tahsin Syeed and Transcom Beverages Manager (Market Development) Arif Hossain were present on the occasion.
Celebrities from media and sports, journalists and high officials of Pepsi were present along with participants in the programme.
The selection of the final eight began with a short-listing process involving two rounds held in Dhaka and Chittagong.
The eight winners were Prithom Shill (Barcelona), Shihabuddin, Debashish Nath, Imran Khan, SM Mujahidul Islam, Md Jashim, Saquib Al Farouq and Md Serajul.
They will go on to becoming the mega prize winners as they feature in a TV commercial starring international football icons such Beckham, Messi, Ronaldinho, Fabregas, Thierry Henry and Frank Lampard.
