Election-related offices to remain open at weekends

All the election-related offices will remain open at weekends from today (Friday) until the next parliamentary and local body elections are held. The Election Commission has issued the directive as it geared up preparations for the next general election. According to the directive, the offices of all divisional commissioners, deputy election commissioners, returning and assistant returning officers, district and upazila election offices will remain open all days, including the weekly holidays. — UNB
