Electrical & Electronic Engineering dept launched at DU

A new department, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, started its journey at the University of Dhaka on Wednesday. DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the newly-established department as the chief guest at a function held at Curzon Hall premises. Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Prof Dr Rafiqul Islam, ex-Dean Prof Dr Md. Sekul Islam and other faculty members were present on this occasion, according to a news agency.
