Emirates to launch new services for Bangladeshis

Emirates will launch a new service to Al Medinah al Munawarrah throughout summer, catering for increased demand during this peak travel period, said a press release.
The twice weekly flights will be in place from 2nd July to 24th September and will be operated by an Airbus A330?200.
The temporary service from Al Medinah al Munawarrah to Dubai will provide travelers with excellent connections to Dhaka and other popular destinations in Australia, the Far East and parts of Europe.
The service will be available in a three?class configuration including; 12 First Class seats, 42 Business Class seats and 183 Econorny Class seats.
The Emirates flight will depart Dubai each Friday and Sunday at 0115 hours and will arrive in Al Medinah al Munawarrah at 0300 hours. On the return journey the flight will depart Al Medinah al Munawarrah at 0435 hours, arriving in Dubai at 0815 hours.
Emirates operates 17 flights a week between Dhaka and Dubai with convenient onward connections to the airlines global network.
While flying to Dubai, passengers can enjoy Bengali films on board.
Emirates Area Manager Bangladesh Husain Al Safi said, "We are delighted to offer this additional service which I believe will be appreciated by our Bangladeshi travelers. We have observed in the past a huge demand for seats in the summer from the local Umrah passengers and they prefer to visit Al Medinah first. These direct flights to Medina will fulfill their requirement".
