Employees and officials of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) led by its Chairman Md Mahbubur Rahman placed a wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the BPDB Bhaban in the city on Saturday on the occasion of the Victory Day.
