Enclave people celebrate LBA bill passage

Thousands of people residing in 162 adversely located enclave areas of India and Bangladesh went on a jubilant celebration on hearing the passage of a bill by the Indian parliament to implement the Land Boundary Agreement (LBA) between the two countries. Their joy knew no bounds as the exchange of the enclaves would enable the inhabitants to taste real freedom with basic citizen rights, including education, health and franchise. The enclave people bought out processions to express their joy and relief.
