Energyprima AGM held
The 4th Extra Ordinary General Meeting and 3rd Annual General Meeting of Energyprima Limited was held recently in the city.
The company declared 10 per cent cash dividend in the meeting for the period ended June 30, 2010.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairperson of EPL Ms Ilya R Hossain and attended by the Managing Director, Mr Moazzam Hossain, Directors Ms Mehtaj Hossain and Mr Shahadat Hossain, shareholders and other senior officials of the company.
The shareholders thanked the Management of the company for its success and growth.
