England, NZ, WI eve teams win in warm-up matches

West Indies eve cricket team defeated South Africa eve cricket team by 52 runs in the ICC World Cup T20 warm-up match held Tuesday at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan, Savar, reports BSS.
Batting first after winning the toss, The Caribbean side scored a small total of 123 for 4 from their allotted 20 overs.
In reply, South Africa found the chase very stiff and cheaply dismissed at a paltry total of 71 in 18.5 overs
Meanwhile, England women cricket team recorded a hard- fought two wickets victory over Pakistan women cricket team in the ICC World Cup T20 warm-up match held Tuesday at the same vanue.
Batting first after winning the toss, Pakistan eve team scored a small total of 106 for 6 from their quota 20 overs.
Chasing Pakistan's 106 runs, The English side however found the chase stiff early but they finally reached home making 107 runs with one ball remaining.
On the other hand, New Zealand eve cricket team posted a 17- run victory over Indian eve cricket team in the ICC World Cup T20 warm-up match held Tuesday at the same vanue.
Forced to bat first, the kiwis scored a moderate total of 138 for 8 from their allotted 20 overs.
Chasing a target of 139 runs, India found the chase very stiff and they were restricted at 121 for 8 from their stipulated 20 overs.
