Engr Quamrul\\\'s death anniv observed

The seventh death anniversary of Quamrul Islam Siddique, former chief engineer and founder of LGED, was observed at the LGED Headquarters in the city on Tuesday, said a press release.
On the occasion, a Milad and Doa Mahfil was held at LGED Bhaban seeking divine blessings for the departed soul of the deceased.
He was born on January 20, 1945 in Kushtia. He achieved B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET in 1966.
