Engr. Taqsem A Khan, Managing Director and CEO of Dhaka WASA, receiving a memento and a certificate from LGRD Minister Tajul Islam at the ministry on Tuesday for securing the first position among the 20 agencies under the ministry in implementing the Annual Performance Agreements.
