Envoy Textiles sign MoU on IPO floatation

LankaBangla Finance Limited, ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) and Envoy Textiles Limited recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a private placement and issue management deal in the city, said a press release.
Under the agreement LankaBangla and ICML would jointly provide required professional expertise to Envoy Textiles Limited for raising equity capital through private placement and IPO subject to approval of SEC.
LankaBangla Finance Managing Director Mafizuddin Sarker, Envoy Textiles Limited Chairman Kutubuddin Ahmed and ICML Chief Executive Officer Abdur Rouf signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) General Manager Iftikhar-uz-zaman, LankaBangla SEVP A Malek Shamsher, LankaBangla Securities CEO Nasiruddin Chowdhury and other officials of all three companies were also present on the occasion.
