ERL HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 47th annual general meeting (AGM) of Eastern Refinery Ltd (ERL), a subsidiary of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC), was held at its North Patenga office in Chattogram on Friday. ABM Azad, Chairman of ERL Board of Directors and the BPC, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved the audited financial statements of the company for FY 2022-23. The company posted a net profit after tax of Tk 353.4 million (35.34 crore) for the same year.
