Ershad's condition improves slightly

Jatiya Party acting chairman GM Quader on Tuesday said the health condition of his brother HM Ershad, now on life support at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the city, has improved slightly, reports UNB.
"Palli Bandhu's physical condition didn't deteriorate, rather improved in some cases.
He's slightly better than yesterday (Monday). But he isn't still out of danger," he said.
GM Quader came up with the remarks at a press briefing at Jatiya Party chairman's Banani office.
He said Ershad is now responding to calls and opening eyes as doctors have lessened the doses of his sleeping pills.
